2-3 days a week max. for core exercises. Any more it too much and hindering progress. Exercises wise anything in the 3-5 range is sufficient.Originally Posted by bkmac

Mass gainers dont do what they say they do.
Eat more carbohydrates and unsaturated fats. Youll gain weight.
