Every one of my friends says "You need to gain weight, go to McDonalds". I find it better to gain weight in a healthy way, that's just me.

as for routines, check the full body 3 day split i posted earlier, im doing it right now and its pretty good stuff.

as for routines, check the full body 3 day split i posted earlier, im doing it right now and its pretty good stuff.
Theres no way to do that online. The only way is if you do circumference measurements and calculate it that way but even that method isnt accurate at all.Originally Posted by bLaZ3n

My cut will be complete when I'm 165 and since i'm 6'0 I'll be the biggest manlet ever.... than the process of bulking starts
I will take before and after pictures of my bulking this time around

A friend of mine gained 30-pounds in a couple of months a couple of years ago by eating Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's pretty much every day
Same thing with my neighbour...30-pounds in 1 year thanks to McDonalds almost every day.
How do y'all deal with the cravings? I dont know too many other people that crave sweets like me...I feel like a girl sometimes

If its during the day i just drink a ton of water and try to eat something super filling/healthy....... Or i just go home and eat something that is a lil more healthy than fast food and count calories like no other
