Wow, when I walked out of 'The Last Jedi' I would've never imagined that people would have it ranked as a bottom 3 Star Wars film.

People are definitely pissed. I'm 100% sure rankings will change over time for some people.

The ship The Raddus in VIII was namedr in memory of Raddus by Ackbar.

My list as of today is-

2 and 7 can are interchangeable.

V
III
IV
R1
VII
VI
VIII
I
II

This has always driven me nuts. :lol

You two are two of the hardest Prequel backers, you guys have gone round and round against me over the years, and yet, both y'all.......peep your own rankings, and where you have 1 and 2. 8o

Granted, you both list Sith as your #1 or #2, and MANY of us have said, Sith was the only saving grace of the prequels, and it doesn't deserve to be lumped in with 1-2.

I've never understood how one could back them so hard, then list them last in their own rankings......same as I do.

I like all Star Wars movies. I have never said episode 1 and 2 are great movies. They are good but last out of all 8. But I do defend what I like about them case in point the maul duel which is top 5 duel in the whole saga where most just hate every single thing about them it seems like they are the worst movies ever made.

IMO Episodes I & II are easily tied for last, far below any other SW movie. But there is stuff I like in each of them, and like it or not, they are still part of the saga. I am def Team OT, but I don't try to act like the PT never happened like some people do.

See, but you get this part wrong....

I despise both films, for many reasons, but I've also pointed out plenty of things I liked, ala Maul, the caged Sith vs meditating Jedi we talked about yesterday, Jango, parts of Geonosis battle, Kamino and plenty of visuals. Lots of us that hate the prequels love certain scenes. Some love the podraces (I didn't really care for them, other than the sound) Some loved Qwi-Gon (he was better in the books, imo, or even in Batman Begins he was more Jedi in that film, imo)

Iono, we see it differently, obviously, yet we both rank them the same, and that's what's strange to me.

A bit harsh on fan's expectations and theories but he makes a lot of good points.
Your Snoke theory, your Rey theory and your perception of Luke DOES NOT MATTER.

But it be boring if we all rank the same. Personally I love the pod racing scene. It was there to show what Anakin could do that no other human could. People hate the casino part on the last Jedi. Me I don’t mind it. It could of been shorten but it has its purpose.

After watching Waterworld whilst doing some work, the last Jedi is an all time epic display. Maybe I'm not working hard enough.

Not a fan of Rogue One, huh?

I like em all.

Maybe my placement of TPM probably threw you off

I’ll always look back on TPM fondly because I was 9 and it was the first SW I ever saw in theaters.

Duel of the fates was probably one of the greatest cinematic experiences of my life word to lamekilla lamekilla

And this is where my problem lies with this crap film. Subverting expectations doesn’t automatically make it a good film or keep it from becoming stagnant. If our theories don’t matter than neither does our attention and ultimately our money, right? Again if you wanted to tell a NEW Star Wars story that didn’t depend on the rules set in place from yesteryear, don’t dangle Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Princess Leia in my face. Disney didn’t have the creativity or the balls to tell a new Star Wars story from scratch and they will ultimately see that in trying to keep the brand alive for longevity they’ve essentially given it a death sentence. Han Solo will be eaten alive by Deadpool 2 and then Disney will really question why they are trying to keep this 40 year franchise relevant.
