The looks Rey and Luke give each other should let you know that Luke and Rey are father daughter. There was so much emphasis on that scene there was no way all that was for Rey to meet her uncle or some old Jedi that she thought was a myth. She found her family.

I believe Luke is surprised this random person not only found him since he's disappeared for many years, but she showed up with his long lost light saber.

Luke is a Jedi master. He can sense a force sensitive presence coming near him. If it was someone he didn't know, he wouldn't even have to turn around to acknowledge them let alone take off his hood and get misty eyed. When he sees her his face begins to quiver, once she pulls out the lightsaber he begins to look uneasy. The lightsaber I seriously doubt has that much sentimental value to him.

It's his daughter. The reaction he's giving her is from the fact that he hid his daughter to keep her from danger and she not only finds her, she's holding a lightsaber. She's ready to get into danger. Add to the fact that she found a long lost lightsaber which shows him that she's been getting into danger already....

vader's red one was destroyed when the deathstar exploded 

kylo was never after the blue lightsaber, he just happened to see that finn had it so he tried to take it for himself

because "I can get whatever I want" 

Kylo is happy with his b-grade lightsaber

Lukes sabers are more complete...thats why the edges of the laser are so clean.

Kylo hasn't completed his training and hasn't truly completed his saber....the edges of his saber are rough and not as tight.

The blue one also used to belong to anakin (vader) if im correct
