So my English teacher got fired, then put student on blast

Wow, that was a good read, I hate those "inconsiderate" dudes. I think you guys should have told the death metal guy about your teacher's situation rather than letting him blow up like that. I mean shoot, your teacher is going thru a lot and it is likely that he would blow up with emotion.

Back when I was in college, this professor would occasionally miss days to the point where it was consecutive. Eventually one day, he apologized and told everyone that he was going to give everyone an "A" for the class. 

He was also a Director for one of the programs on campus and it was taking up most of his time, so he couldn't teach the course anymore.
The times he was there, he did teach the class a lot of test studying and memorization skills. I probably would have done better in school if the class went on like it should have.

But that does suck for that teacher. Like what was mentioned, he's probably not going to get his job back. Hopefully they don't blackball him, cuz all of the years you put in to become a teacher/professor goes down the drain.
