Might be, superbad was atleast entertaining though the hangover was just non stop predictability.

how can anyone like step brothers....i mean it was funny, but probably the worst movie ever made... i questioned my existence during that movie, I thought noone would ever be stupid enough to make, shoot, or distribute such crap

I only saw Hangover once and I thought it was hilarious.
Superbad is funny as well but its gotten less funny for me.

Superbad was really boring. It had some decent funny moments, but it was really long and just meandered. Plus, the whole "one night teen comedy" hasbeen done before and much better (American Graffiti, Dazed & Confused). superbad was just a lame attempt at making a darker, more raunchy version of those.
The Hangover was really good. Todd Phillips is a good director who knows how to pace his movies, and reel in the absurd when it goes too far.
