Keri Sheppard You guys should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!!!! I hope they sue the **** out of you guys! And I'm watching gma and the bar manger said "he was really busy." Yes that sounds like you guys are sympathetic! And then you only offer to pay 50% of the bill! Your luck it wasn't me because I'd have a lawyer that night! I hope those girls sue you guys and maybe next time you will train you employees to have some respect towards other people!

Keri Sheppard Maybe you should teach that bar manger to have some respect! Unbelievable! " he was really busy" that is no excuse for anyone to mentally abuse someone.

Keri Sheppard How ever these women handle this situation is up to them and u or anybody else has not right to judge them. You were not the one who was discriminated against. So you have no idea what they are going through and the fact that now when they go out this memory will always be with them and will always have in the back of their mind who's judging them.
I agree with you. I wonder if they used "Big Girls" instead of fat would it be that big of a deal.while he did "technically" didnt say something that would warrant defamation... or made fun of them... "he didnt make a false statement, nor used any rude language of reference in regards to their weight" it simply isnt social accepted thus im sure to save grace and come across as some caring company something will be done to tame the savage beast...
I wonder would this be a big deal if it was a group of 12 y/o and it said pre-teen girls... or a set of tall ppl and it said tall guys/girls.... or a set of elderly ppl and it said elderly table..
what i find funny is how this whole insult/offensive thing works...If i said oh take those drinks to the table full of cops...construction workers... white guys... teens..kids... etc... built guys... hot chics etc... nothing would be said and it would go unnotice.. yet you say fat/overweight...and it is rude insulting etc..
I could see if you said ugly cause that is a derrogatory term and it is opinion based, i could see gay because it is assumptioned based... but overweight/fat isnt a assumption... it is a fact.. and can be used to distinguish a particular person/persons. in a sense like saying the table of cops... children/preteens etc...
It ideally shouldnt be a big deal... but like i said the way of the world... stating a fact about someone... is offensive only if they are ashamed about it or insecure about it. I mean if he had said something to ridicule their weight like table of whales/hippos etc... similiar to saying table of black ppl and instead saying something like table of monkeys/***** etc.....
i mean unless ppl are really suggesting that overweight/obeast/fat is opinion based and cannot be factually, and it is on the lines of saying someone is ugly... Cause im pretty sure those are factual terms.. Whats next i see a black person and they have some racial dissassociation with themselves and have a whole self hate complex and they are offended by me saying oh that drink goes to the black guy at table 6. Or maybe the pregnant girl sues get offended cause she hates the fact she is knocked up... feel overweight etc.. and really dont want the kid.. and i say oh this plate goes to the pregnant woman at the booth in the back. You hit the nail on the head.

See my thing, how did the "notes" get on the receipt? Isn't there a way that it could have been deleted before the girls got the check?
how is a factual statement a more descriptive statement a nickname... lol that would be like me specifying who you are by using your full name as oppose to iuno initials.... And they could have used table numbers.... i look at it like parking lot attendants... yea they have numbers on the parking spots... but in most ppl minds... something that is either uncommon or stands out... usually is easier for ppl tofamiliarize and remember... ala the parking spot with the bright apple green bentley... sure they could say... parking spot 36 row a in the gold section... but in a busy environment, and in a place with tons of cars... ideally and realistically it would be easier to remember the bright apple green bentley.why not just use table numbers or the last name of one of the people in the group instead of nicknames like "table with tall people" or "table with black people"?
this is horrible , the food must be great if they get heavyset customers.People have been leaving hella one star reviews for their business on Yelp today

We do this all the time whether it be 30 pairs of black shoes... in the closet... and instead constantly remembering oh 11th black shoe from the left... we think ok wingtip bostonians. Its the same concept.
Simple, talk about an article of clothing one of them has on? Not a hard things to do man.so what should we do if there are multiple tables of black people.
how should we label their bills.
go ahead, i'd love to hear this response.

You're from Stockton?
My condolences.
But being black isn't a choice we make. I'm just saying. I see where you're coming from. But a bad example IMHOSimple, talk about an article of clothing one of them has on? Not a hard things to do man.so what should we do if there are multiple tables of black people.

ok i play along.... he used fat as it distinguished the set/table of girls from everyone else there... So um it wouldnt make sense to use something to distinguish... a group of something... whereas the trait you are using isnt unique and distinguishing seperating from the group.so what should we do if there are multiple tables of black people.
how should we label their bills.
go ahead, i'd love to hear this response.

I mean you do realize what you just said/asked was completely idiotic....right... ? Your basis would be like a closet with 30 shirts all black and one white and say oh why did you say hand me the white shirt... why didnt you say hand me shirt 26... Um because it is easier to establish a distinction by saying the white shirt as oppose to shirt 26... So if i wanted a black shirt and lets say one of them was a button down silk shirt... then i would say hand me the button down silk shirt.. as oppose to the black shirt since their is multiple black shirts in the closet, and simply saying the black shirt wouldnt be a form/means of a simple easy to remember distinction... amongst a closet with a sea of black shirts.
Black Men. (2 with caps)give me a full example as it would be written on da bill though
