He needs to just talk about the legal specifics. You aren't from our culture to determine snitching.
When you plead guilty, you have to admit to your crimes, which is snitching if it involves telling on other peoples crimes. Like the cops and prosecutors office is going to just ignore what you say regarding other people. You can do it in a way in which it doesn't involve other people and just fall on your sword. At least I gave him the gun, I'm not sure what he was going to do with it. Not, he was going to shoot someone, because he got beat up. That's why people look at peoples paper work and see if other peoples names are on it.

According to the post it said that one guy told the police he loaned his rifle to his friend after his friend got jumped in a fight and that he was planning on using it in retaliation. He also tried to get his statement suppressed after realizing he said a little too much.

The police are using information that was given to them. This wouldn’t even be an issue in the RICO if it was never brought to light. Okay Duke wasn’t charged (for whatever reason) but we can’t sit here and act like his name and intentions weren’t dropped.
