He implicated someone else in his case. Did the other person get in trouble for it at the time? No, but they are using it now. If Uncle Sam ain't know about you, well now he does cause your Man's brought up your name.

They both got booked on the same case. Literally snatched up together in the same car. Yak didn’t implicate Duke. Duke was already there. He took both the gun charges. And Duke got off Scott free.

Duke got picked up, because he is a YSL member, and they’re going back and putting any interaction with police in the indictment.

He’s not getting picked up because Yak Gotti took a charge for him .

That's not the only way you can snitch.

You can say there's levels and degrees of snitching, but you're still a snitch.

It doesn't matter if you intentionally or didn't mean to. You shouldn't be mentioning other peoples involvement or what they did, because that's later used to piece together a case against them. Investigations aren't done in an hour like Law and Order.

If someone shoots you and you're in the streets, are you supposed to tell? You're not charged with anything.

According to the post it said that one guy told the police he loaned his rifle to his friend after his friend got jumped in a fight and that he was planning on using it in retaliation. He also tried to get his statement suppressed after realizing he said a little too much.

Ya...I get where Russian Cream is coming from, but he seems wrong in the fact that dude did mention his friend's intentions to commit a crime for some reason or another. He could have at the charge without doing that.

Yak got Duke caught up in some paperwork which derived from Yaks statements. Yes, it wasn’t used in that particular case but it’s in black and white, which is now a paper trail. If I’m understanding the “code” correctly I believe you’re not supposed to give ANY information to “12”.

This makes me wonder about Pooh’s case where they all pleaded guilty. Then can y’all talk about your involvement? Everybody copped to the charges. This street **** stressful

“Snitching” just a word now, nobody knows what it is or when it applies or not …Just do your criminal activity by yourself these days, with the least amount of ppl knowing as possible so you don’t have to worry bout snitch allegations or problems

I mean…he really did eat Duke’s charge tho . They each had one gun. Yak took the charge for Duke’s gun. Duke did no time. Yak said a little bit too much regarding why he gave his man’s the gun (but he still took the charge for that gun). And what he said, is not what they picked Duke up for in the recent indictment.

Duke is being picked up as a member of YSL, in a RICO charge. The indictment simply lists one of the incidents. But the black and white also has **** about Duke having YSL tattoos or in an Instagram pic, or a song.

Funny enough, they (YFN Lucci & them) saying Duke actually told on the ***** that shot him, and beat him up at Magic City. Greedy. Who’s sitting behind the wall doing 10 years on that incident. But it was caught on camera for real.
