The police are using information that was given to them. This wouldn’t even be an issue in the RICO if it was never brought to light. Okay Duke wasn’t charged (for whatever reason) but we can’t sit here and act like his name and intentions weren’t dropped.

I understand where you coming from gang, I just can’t label him a snitch FOR THAT. It’s not like that’s the reason they picked Duke up, him and the rest of YSL was getting scooped regardless. This just some **** they using to strengthen their case and connect dots.

I don't care what y'all say that was a moment in sneaker history.

Espos and Clots might have started it but they had no where near the impact of the AF1 when it dropped.

Unfortunately the counterfeiting was at an all time high and there were so many clear Jordans and mis-shapen AF1s around that period that most of us probably remember that time with disgust.


It would be interesting to see what the current gen does with that concept. I'm way too old for clear sneakers but the kids are more creative than I ever was.

Knowing our culture kids would just find ways to rep gangs and claim bodies tho so maybe it's not worth a revisit

The clots were solid but I think it's hard to work with on that sign in that colorway.

He brought in other ****** that had nothing to do him with or his case.

I had just said that in a earlier post - pleads and you taking your charge is generally used against others by the DA. Almost an admission of guilt.

Nope. & considering Thug & Duke welcomed him home and was still around him daily for years, I don't think they consider it snitching either. These ****** just dumb fr, but I can't put the snitch jacket on that. Dudes were not thinking a guilty plea would be used against them 7 years later.

Dude was dumb to have given the police information about him lending his mans a piece because they were about to slide on some ******. I doubt he intentionally tried to implicate his mans though, but ultimately I have no idea.

If snitching requires intentionality, then you could say he didn't snitch. If intentionality isn't requires, some could say he snitched.
