Honestly I don't think Joe nor Ak really understands what sexual harassment all contains. When Ak was explaining it last week he had a very basic viewpoint of it, the obvious cases but it runs much deeper than that and often can come off as basic conversation/jokes and is a very serious matter. Also the fact that they laugh at the concept of a man being sexually harassed is further proof that they are ignorant to it all. Disappointed in Joe, too old to be this unaware

BUT very proud of Joe showing maturity and being able to say he supports expression in that Uzi pic.

Yeah, he threw me off. Because his attack on LA Reid seemed personal, and it's not really about abusing his power. He called him a predator, which he's not. Creepy old man abusing and taking advantage of his authority, yes. What Connor is accused of is another level, and I thought it was distasteful to bring him up after his previous rant.

He also made light of Ndeska's obvious discomfort in mentioning Connor, so he did it again as a joke. That could be something that could land him in HR.

I think some of Joe is ignorance from never actually having a real job in an office setting.

His rant rang hollow for me after the end, and it was just a personal attack and not him being upset at it.

My man said he was requesting underage girls, then said well 18 year olds. So, LA request willing adults not kids.

I don't doubt LA may have been inappropriate, I'd be surprised if most powerful men weren't a lil inappropriate with attractive female employees because a lot of men would be since they got that kind of power. But to call him a sexual predator like that....WOW
