Physical media is something I can't see going away, but "phasing" it out just gives people more incentive to go digital.

Realistically, at the current state of hip-hop, it's a wise decision to probably buy up all the **** now before the physical prices go up or stay the same if it ever reaches a point of made-to-order releases exclusively.

Could always keep an eye out on YouTube to recreate the days of old...TRL, 106 and Park, The Basement. Etc, etc.

This. I’m glad I got into streaming late cause having original/hard copies of stuff >. You’d be surprised at what music isn’t on streaming services, and at any moment, those services can just snatch albums off of there cause they feel like it.
