Man, y'all bugging.

Ive enjoyed every project Rocky has released since Live.Love.A$AP.

I think that the fact that he's been more into fashion and the like has some of you forgetting that he makes good rap music.

Did he drop something since ALLA that I missed?
This. His first tape and Lords Never Worry are the apex of that whole movement. Nothing they’ve made has come close. ASAP Twelvyy’s album is probably their 3rd best release, and it’s a distant 3rd.
It's a damn shame that Twelvyy album got so slept on. Expected, though.

Didn't say his releases were trash at all, but most of them were quite a letdown after the first two. Long Live ASAP, ALLA, Trap Lord, Always Strive And Prosper (:sick:), and those 2 Cozy Tapes albums are way behind those first 2 releases.

The two retail Rocky albums were cool, they weren't great though. They had some joints and they had trash too. I copped both.

Those Cozy Tapes were S U P E R trash. Just him and his crew chasing a sound. He's had some solo songs come out and they didn't get much love.

Meek isn't lyrical enough to redo BIG's What's Beef?

I don't know how long Everyday Struggle gonna last, their fist episode back didn't even crack 100K views.

Rocky's first tape was good (mainly cuz of the production) but after that I none of his **** been good to me. He's never been much of a rapper, him and Ferg's best stuff is when they're tryna do the Houston/Memphis sound and I can just listen to some real 3-6, UGK for that.

And it's hard for me to take him serious after that one breakfast club interview when he was moonwalking and not making any sense. :lol

So what was Drake doing by saying free Meek? You think he was just being a nice guy?

What benefit does Meek have being back cool with Drake/doing music etc

People gonna look at that funny on both sides

More Meek cause he initiated the ****

I’m not as extreme as delete1234 delete1234 I know he be trolling sometimes especially with his Future slander :smh:

But it’s facts, people only wanna see it one way, Meek is reaching out for what

Jesus Christ ya'll guzzling that man

Personally i'm glad Rocky has changed up his sound & style it would have been extremely redundant in this era. Outside of the Cozy Tapes All his projects have been a nice mix of sounds & not too reliant on one thing, so i'm eager to hear what this sounds like.

Also i think he wants to be viewed bigger as an overall artist/influencer where Wale really wants the critical/Fanfare of being a top rapper. From the Music, to the Aesthetic, to the videos/photoshoots the entire A$AP mob has always been into that "artistic" vibe. They thing from day one was Harlem street **** mixing in with the Soho Art vibe. None of the stuff he's done recently should come as a surprise.

I understand why certain rappers start getting more into that lane that separates them from "rap". It's like the hiphop crowd gets in arms whenever you do something outside of the usual average rapper stereotypes.

Vince Staples was 100% correct on Joey Badass podcast
