they wouldn't transfer to my store either, but that's because mine is located in a mall and doesn't sell shoes...
they shipped to me tho, from a florida store. i didn't even have any sales history, but they let me fax something in and we sorted it out (just signingsomething saying the credit card i was using was mine i think).
if you got sales history it should be a breeze... they told me a couple times i couldn't order until i established sales history, but i called 866-vuittonagain and they put me through to the store who had my size and she said all i had to do was fax in something.
