I don't see what all the hype is about. We all know this happens all the time! When you hear someone say, "I have a plug," this is what they mean. It's just to a higher level. I have known dm's of shoe companies and get early releases, and I would have never snitched them out. And with anything of passion you love doing, eventually you will meet and get to know people that are "in the know. " Nobody should really be shocked at this story. The more shocking part is the fact her son actually said something knowing it would lead back to his mom. Just shut your mouth and keep it pushing. It's not what they know......it's what they can prove. And he just handed them all the info they needed.

The crazy thing is its not just sneakers, its everything. People buy all the inventory and flip it. We seen it at the start og the pandemic, folks hoarding and reselling hand sanitizer and lysol wipes.
Cards, ps5, pools .

I’m more upset about the switch to FLX. Three of the major shoe stores (under the same corporate umbrella) create a system that is pay for the chance to play. You lose those purchase points even if you don’t win? What a scam.
Ultimately its your choice how you use your points. No ones making you use your points on a raffle. You can use them on products instead.

Pretty much every Rolex requires being on a waiting list now besides for probably djs, some ops, and pm models.
Weird. Alot of gucci products sold out online and the outlets have 40 people outside. When times are down people shop

I have a ton of friends who work for Nike and what I have learned as I have gotten older is that it's not nearly as glamorous as I once made it out to be.

I agree. I felt the same way years later after my run ended.

I’ve had a few interviews over the years since and we was speaking entirely different languages in regards to what’s important and priorities.
