Adam Sandler is brilliant in Punch-Drunk Love and Reign Over Me.
Water Boy was funny when I was 13 . Same with Happy Gilmore.
Big Daddy remains my favorite comedic film from Sandler tho.

Kind of related, but my only one was that they introduced and killed off Two-Face so quickly and those 25 minutes went towards that. It was probably due to the fact that they were going to make it a trilogy and had limited time to spend with certain villains. Overall I don't think it was overrated, overhyped maybe, but not overrated.

it seems like people are mainly listing things that would fall outside the spectrum of their interest anyway
if I try to sit and watch LOTR or an animated movie I already know going in that i'm not that into it

Rappers act like it's the greatest gangster movie ever
Pacino does a good job and there are some very solid scenes but overall the movie is too over the top especially the end
Godfather, Casino, Goodfellas, Carlito's Way etc are all better
