"OTHER BRAND" - RUNNING shoe thread - asics, saucony, new balance, hoka one one, adidas, reebok, brooks, altra, skechers, etc...

Any tall runners in here? I am 6'3 with 78" wingspan. I am having difficulty finding a brand that makes tall size running coats and jackets. Any suggestions?

does anyone have the saucony endorphin speed? How’s the fit? I’m usually 9 in all nine but 9.5 in next percent

I take 10 in everything, zoom fly, vaporfly, Alphafly and endorphin speed.

B benrayner It's TTS. Fit nicely even for wide footer. But if you are not neutral runner, it'll make your foot lean inward.

Shame Jack Rabbit don’t ship internationally, that’s a nice colourway.

I have to agree with her. Sometimes Nike model is "too much" or more like non-traditional look. I've been very impress with Saucony Endorphin line, eventhough I haven't tried Shift yet.

Received my EPros today. They fit just like the VF1 and VF2 in the same size for me, and I tend to go +1/2 up in the VF series.

I did go TTS or with my usual Nike size for the VFNs because it was the only size available for a deep discount at the clearance store SMH. I ended up developing bloody toes.

They also fit the same as my ZF2s, ZF3 and Peg36 Trails, which are both in my true size.

Just trying them in house, I feel a strong similarity to the VF1s.

that sucks to hear with his history of injuries as late and hoping he has a speedy recovery

was really looking forward to that race with all the hype it gained

I just emailed BROOKS running to inquire about a medical professional discount. If there is one, I’ll scoop up the Hyperion 2s.

illustrayt illustrayt What do you think about EndPro and NB TC? Do you have any preference between the 2?

I haven’t run in either yet. I actually haven’t run for a long long time to be completely honest (almost six months now). I transitioned to strength training for aesthetics  since quarantine. Since most in person / real races have converted to a virtual format or have been cancelled, I’m starting to build my running roster. When real racing returns, I’ll be ready shoe-wise lol

However, just by trying them on with a few strides in the house, I prefer the EPs. They feel just like the VF1s to me. I want to try the Hyperion 2s, RCs, AFs and Tempos next!

I usually get my cardio from Basketball but circumstances considered I've been running more lately.

Nike runners for the most part don't do anything for me. But I liked these AM4LDN's so much that I had to double up. Was able to snag a pair that went for as high as $300 on StockX at one point for $59. Still not quite sure why they made 2 versions of these but whatever they're perfect for me.

Don't really understand the fuss--the shoes are cleared in advance of the actual race.
