Received the Endorphin Speed the other day and took them out for a 5 mile run today to get a feel for them. Stoked to have a pair in the rotation, it ticks all the boxes for me, from the fit, the upper material, the weight, the lace length, the feel of the shoe, the price, all good!
It wasn’t until I picked up the pace after a mile or so that I started to feel more of that pop with the plate, they definitely reward you for going faster. Enjoying the foam as well, lovely bit of cushion indeed. Great shoe

Atreyu's $100 entry into the carbon plate/max cushion road shoe market is now up for presale (note: it's considered a non-refundable deposit in the event they don't get 5,000 orders by October 7th). 301 preorders so far.
The upper is the same as the Standard Issue (or whatever the initial shoe is called), which means it's minimal, comfortable, and can accommodate wider feet. They still haven't determined what the final midsole material will be, though I thnk the last round of samples that kofuzi, Emily Heller and others got used TPE.

just saw atreyu comment on their IG post saying they’ll produce the shoes and eat the costs even if they don’t meet the 5000 pairs
i get this feeling they may barely make their goal for i think at $100, i’ll contribute to trying out a pair. been thinking about their voyager pair too

For those that own the Endorphin Pro and any iteration of the VaporFly, how did you go about sizing? Same size or...

Oddly, I go +1/2 for the VF series. I went with the same size for the E. Pros in the Mutant cw. I hope they work out.

i dont just assume when i move to brands i've never purchased..
like i feel safe with nike, outside a couple of shoes which i had to size down.. brooks, adidas (except for ultraboost which i size down half a size) and asics i've been safe across the board
but yea i never asssume.. like converse are notorious for you have to go down a full size or a half
yeah i don’t blame you for doing that since everyone’s feet is different
i do always read up reviews and watch videos, but i think since i’ve owned so many shoes, i can feel comfortable going TTS
