OG Nike Air Jordan III Retro True Blue BLACK FRIDAY '16

There's nothing wrong with the og cut
It just remind me of how long and sharp Goku shoes look sometimes

In some pictures the thin EP go hardAnd sometimes it just look long and sharp
Like you'd have to go down a full size

The infrared 23's Have held up the best for me. Worn them the most of the 3's No cracking at all. Tb3 & bc3 worn couple times I see a little cracking. I haven't worn my sb3's yet. So idk.

Def wasn't feeling the OG elephant print. The main feature of the shoe is thee elephant print, and it lacked on the toe cap.

OG doesn't necessarily mean superior, and these are one of those cases imo.

I agree sir and I think MJ and Tinker agree as well. There's a reason they changed it in '94 when they got to do the first revision. I know there will always be purists, but they are wrong on this one imo. I don't think they'll be much different than the '88 3s and if anything they will try to get them closer to the '94 style.

Sport blues seem to hold up well. One of my boys rocks them a lot and they still look good. I might have to get a pair before they get more expensive. They were the best out of the 2014 3s imo.

I'd be happy with the 94 it's those fire reds a few posts up that turn me all the way off. That shape is not it.

What has been the reason for the shape changes all across most of the entire signature line. They lost the original molds and had to redesign the shoes? Or did they simply change certain things in order to reduce production costs? This is an issue in the guitar world also with companies trying to reproduce their holy grail products whether they be certain guitars and amps and they can never truly recapture the magic.

The curved shape is better for your foot. It gives a more natural motion when you walk. It's not just signature shoes, almost all shoes across the board has the same shape for this very reason.

Makes sense. Thanks for your input.

I'm in for these the Jams and Banneds. As long as I get one of the three I'm happy.

^ u right. I hope they put a little more height on them. They look better with shorts that way imo

Just subscribed to the thread, I'm in for these and really hoping they aren't as hard to grab as the '88s were for me.  Wore my '09 True Blue pair every day last week.  I'm glad to hear these are releasing again, I am due for another pair, my left inside's paint is starting to crack and peel, but aside from that they have held up well :(

Hate this "bred" thing. Just pure laziness. I work at a high school and it drives me crazy when they say this. Hope these have the red liner on the tongue. Will be my first pair of true blues.

I tend to type b/red "insert model" but I rarely say it. Sounds kinda foolish when black and red is just as easy to say

How about some true fire red 2's Jordan Brand with Nike Air????? And even the white/cement with Nike Air????

LOL think everyone in here is hoping to get at least 1 of each, if not a double up.

Word I need to pull out my 2011 TB3s and start rocking them... love these.

Me alongside with a few other are always the minority to argue shape. Shout out to the fellas who are quick with the John Madden pen diagrams :lol

However on the Jordan 3, aside from the absence of the 3/4th heel on the OG and '94, the bolder darkened elephant print, elongated tab, and the print being higher on the heel and toe cap. The issue is the shoe slowly losing it's depth on the forefoot giving it a deflated shape. It's not the toe as you say. If there was more depth, the misconception of the toe looking bulky would be there. All these have just about the same toe.

The CDP had horrible quality, but a way better shape than the '11. I wouldn't place all the blame on NTs favorite scapegoat Gentry. He's been gone, and mold problems are still an issue. I still don't see too big of an issue with the 3 as I do other models.
