They run a little snug for me. Def go true to size at minimum. I think a 12 should be fine, might be a little big length wise but won't be unbearable

I recently picked up the Kobe V ASG DS.  What's the going rate on them?  They're a 10.5 but they fit really snug; I'd be better off with an 11.
