Niners have Kittle and Dwelley, that's pretty much it now that Reed has retired. And Dwelley is more of a blocker than a pass catcher.

Kittle and his bully ball style of play makes him susceptible to injury especially now that he's had some wear and tear on that body. Last year showed us he's not Superman.

Enter Kyle Pitts.

I'm ready for a much better version of the TE duo of Gronk-Hernandez in this Shanahan offense.

Before last season, Kittle missed 3 games in his entire career. Jimmy missed close to that amount in the first 4 scheduled starts of his career.

Based on 49ers' plan to keep Porn Star another year, Kyle's "Brady" is going to have to be Jimmy for now.

I think the 49ers are betting on Jimmy G to stay healthy so he can have one last shot to try and lead this group to the SB.

I can't stress enough about the reports that Jimmy is well liked among teammates and players love to play for him. Which is another reason why I fully believe Niners are going with BPA if Wilson and Lawrence go 1 and 2.

Plus SF acquired former top 10 pick Rosen. Why acquire another rookie QB when Niners already have Rosen to back up Garoppolo?

Unless of course SF trades Jimmy, which I don't see happening in 2021.

Of course, I could be wrong...
