Always thought it was likely Kittle and the 49ers would have an agreement before the 1st practice. But there were always potential complications. I'll continue to guess that they'll get a deal that'll make Kittle quite rich. I'll continue to suggest there could be complications.

Was never really worried about a Kittle extension, there have not been any eye brow raising comments from either side, normal negotiation tactics. Given the current state of everything I can see why it’s taken a little longer to get a deal confirmed. Now that the ball seems to be moving I’m hopeful it’ll be wrapped up sooner rather than later.

What a joy it was to watch these guys play, really a bummer how it ended for both but these dudes were straight killers for us in their prime. I miss seeing Pat seemingly with that club damn near every other week
