Would we only want him back for one season though? If the team bounces back next season and he doesn’t get a HC job this year, he’ll almost be guaranteed one next season and the musical chairs at DC continues. I would rather get someone like Ulbrich or Gus Bradley who would be here for more than one season. Schwartz is my preference to mix things up a bit. I think that Seattle defense is starting to run stale and it’s time to mix things up.

What the hell is the point of promoting Kubiak to OC if Kyle is still going to call the plays? Kyle plays scared when it matters and the team needs someone to make offensive calls that he won't. Smh

If this team doesn’t make the playoffs next year, it will signal everything they tried in 2025 failed and it’s time to clean house including the coach and GM

It’s clear this organization doesn’t believe in making changes and wants to pretty much keep the same coaching staff in place next year. Only dude who isn’t coming back is Schneider.
