I’m going to try to read far more political scientists’ assessments and recommendations of and for elections and read far fewer journalists and politicos.
While voting is a weapon that the left can use, elections, general and primary elections, tend to favor capital. If you’re on the left, it is imperative that we build the ability to strategically withhold labor, without consumption and disrupt commerce in order to make demands on capital and the state. Even if you’re not an anarcho-communist like me and you’re a democratic socialist or even a left liberal, direct action will be critical for taking on the challenges of our time: white supremacy, climate crisis and wealth and income inequality.

I'm actually glad Trump is crying fraud over this election. It's prolonging the depression all his followers are gonna have the day he leaves the White House. So many people I've seen on twitter commenting on Biden being president by saying **** like "lmao yeah let's see what happens in a few weeks....Trump will be back once the courts rule....Celebrate while you can because once the fraud is exposed Biden will be declared the loser."

Trump and the ppl around him are easy to read n run a basic playbook...They gon scream “fraud” and “stolen” election for a few months to see if it gains traction, then hold rallies and TV interviews once they kicked out in January ...They dont care too much bout the L they took or a recount, just gotta make it look good to keep their followers engaged and money coming in

I’m legit scared of them coming to Biden’s inauguration to cause violence, etc. If this is the case, I sincerely hope the FBI is tracking them now and working with law enforcement to prepare for that.. I live in DC and the LAST thing any of us who live in the DMV want is the army of MAGA crazies to come out here armed and in full force.
