Most my family voted republican until Obama came along. I think JR was the last straw. Now they can’t stand that party.

I meant to say neither ended the same *way.
That doesn't necessarily change the scale of the scandal. The Ukraine scheme resulted in impeachment but the Mueller investigation was easily the larger scandal. The latter has some striking parallels to Watergate and Nixon.

Sanders blasts DNC rules that could allow Bloomberg to debate

This could be a good thing for Bernie and Warren. They'll get to pile on Bloomberg and solidify their base in doing so.

Socialist Jesus has the least amount of dirt/skeletons than anybody else with a real shot of winning the Dem nomination.

"Radical Socialist" isn't the scary term that it was 20 years ago, except to the same group of people who called Obama one. Those same people confuse and conflate "liberal" "leftist" "progressive" etc.

has his "past support for Latin American communists" or "supporting the Iran hostage situation" been parsed at length yet?

Bernie has yet to be negatively campaigned against by the GOP, etc. I'm not sure what's left out there on Biden at this point.

the 2018 seat flippers are scared of Bernie at the top of the ticket and presumably they know their districts. I've mentioned before, it's not so much beating Trump that is the problem with Bernie, it's winning the Senate and keeping the House.

A LOT of moderate house districts and purple senate seats that need won by Dems if anything is going to change.

Exactly. Dudes have to let go of this outrageous fantasy and realize that Bernie is not the one and needs to be looked at and treated as such. It’s not just that numbers wise Bernie mostly can’t beat Trump but that he alone brings down Democrats that actually have a chance and want to win. It also doesn’t help that a white conservative like dwalk31 dwalk31 wants Bernie to win......that alone is a sign all by itself.

Bothsideism will win this for Trump. If he can convince the voting public that Bernie is all talk and no different than him, people will be disillusioned and stay home, or they will go with the bad they know. And there is plenty in Bernie's past to turn the news networks (and especially the right wing media empire) into a 24/7 anti-bernie spin machine.

That's what I mean by getting ahead of the story. He should address this stuff and not wait for Fox to put it on prime time TV. You know Hannity, Ingraham, and the rest of the right wing cabal is salivating at the thought of all the negative stories they can come up with on Sanders.

Dissappointed to hear :smh:

She's consistently been one of better/next best progressives in the race and has been a strong candidate but sounds like she's got some work to do when it comes to reaching out to POC

Tbf to her, most of the current candidates have had the same issue either now or in the past given the lack of credible minority candidates.

Belgium Belgium

Remember when they refused Democrat’s request under no basis.....I remember.

**** is wicked

I mean it wasn't latin american communist death squads running rampant in latin america for the half of the 20th century. I wouldn't consider that knock against him and it's perfectly on brand with his foreign policy. It might land him in hot water with some jingoists but I wouldn't consider communists in latin america to be bad guys considering the US's history in the region. The same goes for the Iran hostage situation....

Bernie doesn’t stand a chance in hell....that’s what folks need to realize. Based alone on the fact that he has no black support, that is alarm enough. Many other factors as well.

Who or what is “POC”?? Get that Boston/New England verbiage/mentality out of here champ. What’s next......black and brown coalition??

The verbiage/portmanteau term used to describe minorities in the country historically including by the likes of Dubois and MLK

If you wanna take umbrage with it you've got that right. I just don't see the issue here personally, champ

Green Tea Party? State Licenses Boston's 1st Marijuana Shop

BOSTON — Boston's first retail pot shop and Massachusetts' first minority-owned marijuana business was approved Thursday, more than a year after the first shops opened elsewhere in the state.

The state's Cannabis Control Commission on Thursday voted to give final license approval to Pure Oasis, a pot shop proposed by two local black entrepreneurs.

The approval comes more than three years after voters approved the nation's first marijuana law aimed at encouraging black, Latinos and other people harmed by the war on drugs to participate in the new industry.

Commission Chairman Steven Hoffman called the vote "an important milestone" and wished the company luck.

Kobie Evans, a co-owner of Pure Oasis, said the shop hopes to open its doors in about a month in the city's diverse Dorcester neighborhood.

Where are you seeing this news?

Seems like there are too many issues to declare a winner at this point.

his opponent Yang confirmed it

and

CNN is still showing Pete is in the lead. Either way it goes, both candidates with end up with the same amount of national delegates because it’s so close

-Yeah, Yang is not a good source.

-97% is not enough to call it with a race that close. And it actually shows Pete winning.

-And Perez is probably trying to get ahead of the story. The race is too tight to let all the inconsistencies not be checked. I dont think we will know an official winner for a while to be honest. It would probably be smart for everyone to move onto NH while is cluster**** is sorted.
