What kind of politics-related podcasts (domestic or international), if any, do y'all follow or occasionally listen to?

Kagro in the Moring, it's a little bit ranty, but it's a daily, so there's always something ready at hand, if I need something in the background.

I think of all the ones I have listened to over the years Erza Klein's podcast is easily the best.

Not only for the quality guess, depth and diversity of topics, but I also think Klein understands American politics better than 99.9% of pundits.

I have a bunch I listen to regularly, as I can always do my work and listen at the same time. I always multitask when working.


All The President's Lawyers: I follow every episode, it's a laid back discussion on US legal issues in the Trump era.

The Lawfare Podcast: Frequent listener but not all episodes, I just pick topics that interest me such as investigations, cybersecurity and foreign policy.

Skullduggery Podcast: I listen to most episodes but skip if the topic doesn't particularly interest me. Especially the 'Buried Treasure' episodes are very interesting to me.

Rational Security: Essentially a more laid back version of the Lawfare podcast, more of a weekly group discussion with few guests.

Cafe Insider Podcast: This one actually requires a monthly fee of around $5 I believe but a US acquaintance owed me a favor so I requested a year-long membership. Same person who funded my WSJ subscription that unfortunately ran out at the start of this year.

Politico EU Confidential: Speaks for itself. I want to stay informed on what's going on in the EU, though admittedly I find US politics and legal issues far more interesting. I think that is pretty evident.

The Guardian UK: Politics Weekly: Solely for Brexit news.

Kinda surprised Trump didn't give Stone the Manafort treatment throughout the trial and while the jury was deliberating. Makes you wonder what Manafort really had on him.

Trump criticized Manafort in private but never said a bad word about him in public. While the jury was deliberating in the Manafort trial, Trump publicly praised Manafort as a "very good man" and said the case against him was "very sad."

I was watching CNN and Jake told Sondland to mind his answers when he testifies next week due to the Roger Stone verdict.

To be fair, Sondland only has to worry about the DOJ under a Democrat administration. Very little chance, if any, that Barr would take any action on a criminal referral for perjury.

I hope Democrats pin him on the clear perjury that Sondland has yet to clear up. I'm guessing he hasn't because his false statement was an unequivocal denial, not some "I don't recall" bs.

It doesn't get much clearer than this:
Sondland false statement: "Nothing was ever raised to me about any concerns regarding our Ukraine policy."
