"Wow, #ChristineFord looks rode hard and put up wet, as we say in the country. Just peeked into this FARCE," Jackson said in one tweet.

"I disagree. Feminists are their own worst enemies, and enemy of women," Jackson wrote in another. "Also, they want men to NEVER be believed. I'm not succumbing. TO HELL with the notion that women must be believed no matter what. Lying skanks is what these 3 women are, and we ALL know."

Fox News fires contributor for calling Kavanaugh accusers 'lying skanks'

Remembers the people in the room, remembers the game played, remembers what they were drinking, remembers the rules to the game played........... CANT remember if they raped her

Lindsey Graham waited until his best friend died to show his true colors.

Burn in hell, Lindsey.
I'm still not sure what to make of Lindsey Graham. He's all over the place. Emphasis on all over the place. He frankly looked and sounded unstable today

I'm just amazed this was a legit defense.

"But, but, my calendar says I was mowing the lawn for the Smiths! I, by my own account, document everything I do!"
And his reliance on Mark Judge's statement under penalty of felony, not under penalty of perjury, as well as Kaiser's statement saying she couldn't recall such a party. He left out the part where Kaiser added that she believed Ford.

Mark Judge's statement under penalty of fellony was obtained by Grassley's chief counsel Mike Davis, who personally questioned Mark Judge under penalty of felony.
Mike Dave tweeted and deleted the following on Wednesday:
"Unfazed and determined. We will confirm Judge Kavanaugh. #ConfirmKavanaugh," read screengrabs of a deleted tweet sent from Davis' account at 10:22 p.m. EDT on Wednesday.

Perjury related convictions with regards to lying to Congress (or specifically the Senate in this case) have been extremely rare despite it of course being a crime. A 2007 Quinnipiac study identified just 6 convictions in the last 60 years for perjury related crimes regarding lying to Congress. I imagine that number hasn't grown significantly in the last 10 years.
If Mark Judge were to lie, history and statements from the man who conducted his questioning under penalty of felony suggest he wouldn't have much cause for concern about any repercussions. At least not with a GOP majority.

And his refusal to call for an FBI investigation to clear his name! He even said in his opening statement that he knows that an FBI investigation will clear him!

Why aren't you pointing out that the "other people at the alleged incident" have refuted it? Ford's own friend said she doesn't remember the scenario ... You're telling me you are so traumatized that you don't tell your friend, your friend doesn't notice how shaken you were as you "flee" home, and no one else knows?

I hate to come off flippant, but I think Ford is a whack job that inserted Kav into her story after years of mental and physical spousal abuse ...
