Two things.
With polls like these people, reporters especially, view the opinion of white people as most important, so the don't frame there comments properly. Even white liberal journalist have a habit of doing this.
Second, other things might be skweing this. Like of the 21% of black people that believe race relations have not gotten worst, some of them might think welp race relations have always been ****. Trump is just a new chapter in a ****** book.

On top of that, the Fox host’s point is moot anyway. It’s not like you can’t lie at all to the feds, the lie just can’t be material to any aspect of the investigation. It doesn’t take a lawyer to read the laws on lying to federal investigators and perjury or what the word ‘material’ means in that context.
Even his supporters have zero faith that Trump could stop himself from lying during a Mueller interview.
