so basically the left will keep losing working class support unless they deliver universal healthcare, universal basic income, and even higher taxes on the rich?

yeeeah im pretty skeptical this will work.

Yeah, I'm pretty skeptical anything will work. And definitely very skeptical that anyone in a position to do so would actually go that hard.

Worldwide phenomenon

Exactly. People are so busy pushing their own ideas and feelings and completely missing the obvious.

Kamala had almost everything working against her and still did relatively well in the circumstances. The only thing really working in her favor was that a lot of people understood what a huge threat to our country and world Trump is and will continue to be. It wasn't enough people but if the R's had rolled out an even remotely standard nominee, she would have lost by several more million in the popular and would have lost several more states.

the problem with the "it's all inflation" argument is the dems have lost votes with working class and minority voters in every election since 2016.

so while inflation can explain this election what explains all the others?

The propaganda was extremely effective. I mean EXTREMELY. And 44 billion in literal propaganda from the richest man in the world, and his extended geo-political network, dominating all media is another answer. The most popular podcast in the world are Joe Rogan, Steve Bannon War Room, Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, etc…Who then funnel to “independent right wing news sites like rumble, daily caller etc and other sites, who in then feed all media down stream.

Then you have Fox News and Sinclair News for the legacy media as well.

I’m looking at MEO (around 4 min mark), and look at how happy and jolly and blissfully misinformed math Hoffa is. Then look at Mecca, telling Math a straight up fact, and him looking him dead in the face and saying “it’s not true”…and the rest of them just laughing and celebrating a Donald Trump win. In a black barbershop lmao.

We're not ready for a woman president as a country and the Dems are giving votes away by having a woman candidate.

sure the media environment is a factor.

the point is inflation is not the only problem here.

Trump will never abandon Elon. Narcissists feel validated when people in a higher tier (in this case, money tier) are around them. Trump is more of a fanboy to Elon than the other way around. He's also too stupid to know that Elon is playing him. The people who are around Trump who know he's being played are too afraid to tell him.

It's been two weeks. Hasn't every possible problem already been said by now

Inflation
Economy
Racism
Misogyny
Ignorance
Misinformation
Lack of information
Transphobia
Biden
Media's conservative coddling
Not having a generational gift of gab candidate like Obama

Rank them however you want

Some lady voted for AOC because of her ethnicity and Trump because of vibes

Idk sometimes it ain't that deep with people and why they voted
