Ideally of course. I'm sure people of color would often unjustly get arrested for some bs reason for exercising their rights.

In my country it's a little different, it's 100% legal to blatantly lie to law enforcement here. If you ever get questioned/interrogated in Belgium for something and you're certain there's nothing besides your own testimony that could incriminate you, absolutely lie your *** off.
