Official Pizza Appreciation!

Depends though. For example, pizza with toppings tastes different than cheesy bread. Now, regular cheese pizza with cheesy bread? Yeah, that's redundant as hell.

I get your point but it's just a waste of EXTRA carbs. Waste those calories on something significantly different. (That is just MY approach, do what works for you).

Was chilling in New Haven, CT yesterday. Went for some 🍕 & 🍩. For pizza- Frank Pepe's on Wooster(this is the original location) & Modern on State St. Modern was the better one imo. We were tryna get Sally's too but their systems were down & they have switched to some nonsense online by reservation only ordering system which was 👎👎👎X10.

I really liked the flaky dough of Modern & super flavorful cheese blend. Pepe had better char but a bit too much on the crust. Then it was off to Donut Crazy next to Yale. They ran out but we went to their Stratford location & they had plenty. The one next to Yale runs out superfast given their location next to a university full of hungry students. I have to say CT has some amazing pizza.

I remember trying the Screamin Sicilian during the Pandemic but from what I remember I didn't like it much. Maybe time to revisit.
