that said, with THAT much talent, i'm still shocked they're done in the first round.
yeah man....it sucks. To me, it seemed like Boudreu's adjustments were nothing more than shuffling lines. 3% on the PP destroyed the chances for the Caps. Just think about it. If they (Caps) scored 3 PP goals in the series, it's over in 6....players need to take some of the blame for not executing, but also where's the coaching to make adjustments to what Montreal was doing? They were collapsing in front of the net and putting 3 guys on the blueline when the Caps tried to make a rush into the offensive zone....it didn't look like the necessary changes were made by the coaches to counter what Montreal was doing.
