Allow me to clarify:

Phil Jackson wasn't gonna get this team to play outstanding defense because he can't turn back time. We're too old and slow to guard faster teams and we haven't locked in our offense yet. Not when one of the two most important ingredients to it is sitting on the bench for another two weeks most likely.
