Because the Heat get preferential treatment by the refs. Lebron does get fouled hard but the refs call some weak *** non call in his favor as well.
Someone that gets preferential treatment has no right to complain.
Howard and Blake sometimes don't even get those hard fouls called in their favor much less weak touch fouls.
