Official Heat VS. Knicks Series Thread....Series Over...Knicks fans never learn....

I'm done with game one.

The officiating is what it is at this point. Y'all can continue to pretend the game was called fairly down the line.

Knicks got outplayed. On to game 2.

Officiating was awful and made the game hard to even watch but the Knicks shouldn't be quitting in a playoff game. They need more mental toughness than that.

Disclaimer:  I don't like neither one of ya'll teams.  Go Sixers!

Its whatever, I tend to shake my head at ANYONE who flops in general, and its not good to see the "face" of the league do it as frequently as he does. Lebron is a damn good player and doesn't even need to resort to that.

But the Knicks just never mentally recovered from that whole bizarre sequence, those last 4 minutes of the quarter took about as long as an entire game. Then Melo was called for a technical for bouncing the ball to the ref. The flagrant foul changed everything, gave Miami 5 extra points and the rest was literally garbage time.

Game 2 though, all I ask is to see even officiating.

No you're not. Otherwise you wouldn't have posted that huge +@# play-by-play list without context. But okay, since you want to talk free throw numbers:

The fact remains that if you take away every single free throw point away from the Heat and even give 8 more free throw points to the Knicks, the Heat still win. There were a handful of wrong calls. But clinging on to these and comforting yourself that all would've been different without them in a 33 point loss is downright pathetic.

It isnt just about a mental recovery when the starting line up is in serious foul trouble at the half. How the #++@ u want them to play like that?

You better find something else to do then. #3 and 6 get more whistles than any two players in the league (no, I didn't look it up)

Everyone knows Knicks are better than their gm 1 showing. They just have to play ball.

I was simply responding to a comment in the thread, that's allowed on a Message Board right? Just wondering. Done.

finally out of banned camp...
Knicks need to play for Shumpert tonight, I feel like they owe him for playing his heart out every single night. I remember when we drafted Shump he assured fans he would leave it all on the court every single night, he did just that. It is part of the game for him to get hurt but everyone else needs to step up and stop playing like girls. We CAN beat the Heat, and yes the officiating is horrible. Let's just take game 2 and take this back to the Garden tied up. Going down 2-0 is tough for any team so we just need to come back down and forget game 1.

Don't worry, MELO GOT THIS

My Lord I hope game 2 has more even officiating so yall could stop crying already, the refs didn't force the Knicks to quit or make Lebron's jump shots go in, or Shane Battier to discover a time machine etc.

Not many said Knicks would win though, point is they don't have to resort to playing like women.

Good day.

If the league and the refs are going to keep calling it and allowing it... I don't see how you guys can blame the players. Blame the league... But flopping has been part of the game for so many years.

Chandler illegal screen on Lebron was a personal foul not a flagrant... Lebron don't have eyes on the back of his head, so he didn't see that screen coming. Not a flop IMO...  I do believed that Lebron got rocked on that screen but did some bad acting on his way down.

Can't wait for tonights game!

At least the NBA recognized that it was a poorly officiated game.

They are putting in the best ref in the business
