Show me noted NBA gurus stating that it had a big impact on the game. I'm genuinely interested.

I looked at Sebastian Pruiti twitter... All I see is talk about X's and O's and not a few whistles.

lol Knicks fans are REAL fans... kinda like how jets and mets fans act.

They really think their teams are talented.

You guys really think that the knicks played like crap bc of bad calls?????

The ref made the ball not go into the hoop for them???

The refs were throwing alley oops to Brons????

Naw, it was the refs. 1.5 quarters to kill your bravado

Btw has anyone met a Laker fan that doesn't root against the heat even if it means rooting for Dallas, Boston or NY?

 Get'em.
I hope LeBron sues the league and the Knicks in a few decades for that blatant assault they tried to carry out on him yesterday. I bet Mike Woodson was giving specific instructions on how to dismantle him to those talentless hacks on his team. Thank god the refs kept it professional and made all the right decisions.

Spoiler [+]
Seriously though, get over it. Yes, he overeacted on all of those plays but the refs bit the bait and served their purpose. You remember how hype you all were when you got Tyson Chandler? Oh he's the missing piece, the defensive anchor, the pivotal piece to the Mavs championship run etc etc etc? Well, all of that is true and thats why they did what they had to do to get him out of the game. If you notice, once he was gone the Heat had a field day in the paint consisting of easy layups, floaters and dunks. Most of which wouldnt be possible with Chandler lurking there. I mean did you think that they forgot what happened last year? Instead of complaining why don't you tell your boys to get their heads in the game. Obviously the Heat arent as unprepared as once thought...

Bottom line is that this is a series i will allow lebron to show up for game one he always does but down the line the inner choke artist in him will shine through. He will lose faith in his jumper because he doesnt have a great one (unlike melo) be forced to post up which hes still working at and is unsure of (also unlike melo) and fall victim to himself, then after all that D wade will come to try and pick him back up and it will be to late.

Yes the refs had some bs calls but that's what you get when you play against stars that get the calls and Knicks fans wanted the heat. The refs didn't help the Knicks get 14 TO or shoot 35 percent at half or not Ben try the 2nd half. I see Miami taking game 2 but it'll be close. With no shumpert this series can be a sweep. Melo can't win 4 games alone with Bron and wade on the opposite side

shump is a huge loss for the knicks defense novak and jr smith will start a fire at some point. once this series goes to MSG it will be the real story. but the loss of shumpert is the worst thing that could have happend outside of melo stat chandler cuz these teams matched up nicely before then.

Love it how according to a few of you it's only Knick fans that had something to say about the officiating. Yeah...let's ignore pages and pages in here of fans from all over the league saying the same %!#% as us.
fans all over the league? you mean the same kobe stans/lebron/heat haters that fill up NT S&T???... you mean the same fans that have their own lebron/heat hate thread?... yeah lets act like S&T aint filled with 90% of them...

^ No, those fans are on here, but those aren't the ones he's talking about. He's talking about the unbiased fans that are also laughing at the favorable calls y'all got.

how many fans do you think are unbiased against lebron or the heat?

Have any of us denied the fact that there were more then a few questionable calls? I don't think so but the fact of the matter is that the Knicks put up a pitiful display on offense and turned the ball over 13 times...

Now if some of you want to believe that 3 or 4 bad calls during one quarter cost you the whole game then fine but for those of you with common sense, the reality is that you don't lose by 33 points because of the officials. The guys out there on the court getting paid millions of dollars have to be held accountable for a performance like that.

Lebron flop so much. Remember the "wink" to his teammate after he flop against Drose in the ECF?
And then this

sick.gif

As much as I LOVE LBJ, I can't respect his acting/flopping. That's the +%@! that makes me dislike D-Wade

Only one solution to this: The NBA sets up a Clips/Heat final. Between Lebron, Wade, CP, Bosh, and Blake all perfecting their ragdoll physics on the court, both teams will run out of players due to fouling out.

But yea, we played like garbage from start to finish. Ok.

I'm over it, game 2.

Which fouls were bad calls in that sequence?

(1) Chandler's 4th foul should have just been his 4th foul, not a flagrant.
(2) JR Smith in the corner

4 free throws caused a team to go a 24-2 run. Does this sound delusional to anyone else?

What else do you see because I see a lot of missed 3's, correctly called offensive fouls, and too many turnovers to count.

lebum...sorry lebron the so called king should go to ballet classes....that guy can sure become the next flopping balarina
tired.gif

now look at how dudes always said..."yeah but lebron is 6'8 when he come down the lane dudes is afraid of him...then what the hell is all of this flopping about if he's 6'8 4746363737 pounds!!!!

Dudes are really underestimating how lopsided officiating can change the complexion of an entire game, heck even an entire series. Word to DWhistle in '06. The refs ain't make those shots for the Heat but they damn sure made it hard for the Knicks to stop it. Defense was confused as hell and our defense had been the major catalyst for our offense. Its like a pitcher trying to figure out an umpires strike zone after a ton of calls go against him. You end up confused and before you know it you're way behind.
