Vegeta also auto washed in front of buu. The only one to not self wash is trunks. Goku third party washed himself when cell exploded. Future trunks is wash proof. Bet that jacket is some Nike Flex Repel joint just repels the wash.

This episode was great. hit low key acknowledging Goku and vegeta's strength but still not being worried. But if he washes VEGETA so easily goku doesn't stand a chance against him
