I always lace all my AJ1 highs up to the top lace hole, then on the top hole I go “outtie” instead of “innie”, allows you make a variety of different types of runner’s loops

Great for having your shoe never come off, stopping any ankle slip, and can be better for your feet if you have foot pain and to prevent it in the future. Something I picked up playing basketball and running cross country back in
HS.

I also always pop out the paper thin stock insole and replace with some Dr scholls or super feet etc
