You have to start with good lighting, make sure most of the shoe is evenly lit.

Y'all killin me with this "no shorts with 1s" talk. They were designed to be worn with shorts LMAO!!!! They are basketball shoes so if you really trying to keep it OG you would mostly wear them in shorts.

Just FYI, these are suspect to me--the wings logo shouldn't overlap the collar's stitching and the toebox shape looks off. I'll try to rememeber to post pics of mine when I get home later.

Looks fine to me. Mitchell and ness has been dropping bulls shorts. Can’t see how a white tee and some fire 1s is a bad look

Kinda conscious about these vachetta tans now, so been trying to do some research. I know its just pictures, but the product page on Nike has the wings logo overlapping. https://www.nike.com/launch/t/air-jordan-1-retro-pinnacle-vachetta-tan

but then I see reviews in which some wings dont't overlap and some do.

Triple blacks are nice but I feel i'd never wear them much compared to any white midsole pair

Both the Triple Blacks and Sails are must haves in the rotation IMO. Rocked the TBs today actually. I like the Cyber Mondays, but never been a huge fan of a colored shoe with a white on white mid and outsole. The only pair of 1s that I'm with that have that scheme are the Vachettas. But the whole "leather that patinas over time" makes them a different type of animal.

Yeah, perfs are great for the price. Not quite sure why ppl hate them so much. Can't even really see the perforations when you're wearing them.
