I have seen some for $210 shipped. I bought mine, also sz 10.5, in January for $240 shipped through ebay and I regret that I didn't do my hw properly.

I agree with your statement. Out of the 1s I have recently bought, which is not many, chicago has the worst quality. However, the colorway is/has been one of my favorites/grails so had to bite the bullet.

Best bang for buck is probably RTTG Jordan 1s.
