You got got by a troll post  ...Most ppl just zoom past posts by cats like @Zo gif and @niceshoes247

But you know in America anything other than the rich getting richer is “socialism or communism” ...The powers did a good job hammering that propaganda
It's just frustrating to constantly hear in this country that rich people deserve to be rich and made richer and poor people deserve to be poor and made poorer.

I know someone with a daughter struggling to survive right now but Bezos just passed the 200 bil mark. Who the **** needs 200 billion dollars all to themself?

Need dat Delk pic in his AF1 "Klan" colorway for comparison.

There was no plan, nor was one needed. The young man got shot just a few days ago. They got tired of seeing this **** and nothing happening. They took a mental health day to process the **** and because of the position they’re in, decided to reach out to some people that could do something about it. Hats off to the Bucks and everyone who followed suit.

Nevermind. Thoughts they players were about something real. Turns out they were just reallllly in their feelings. They got over it quick.

Such a disappointment.
AKA everyone outside of the top 15 players was about to go BROKEEEE per CBA ramifications

Her standing in unity with other (black) athletes was a waste of time?

Interesting stance.

Yeah everyone walking back what they did last night was an absolute waste of time.

We’ll get more quotations where everyone is going to wait and see what comes of this. Then the games will come back on and everyone will go rightt back to being indifferent again. We’ll see more catchy t-shirts and hats, get a couple more sound bytes. Then another black man will get gunned down and we’ll be right back here again.

Rinse. Cycle. Repeat.

Don’t forget more kneeling in dashikis and BLM painted on the streets. Gotta have that instead of actual policy changes.

Yeah but this speaks to what others have mentioned, specifically Maximus Meridius Maximus Meridius on the last page.

The players should not have to take the financial brunt of this. The owners can and absolutely should do more. Even more so than them, it should be the lawmakers and others in that realm. Athletes shouldn't be expected to be the ones to solve systemic racism while also getting hit financially.

You’re right but

It’s a wicked game we play

It just boggles my mind how anyone can watch that video and think dude deserved to get shot. The cops had multiple times where they could of cut him off before he got to his car to open up the door.
It’s almost as if they allowed him to open the door so they had a “reason” to shoot him. Shocker.

Wild how different things are between what it was went I went to bed and how it is when I wake up

Oh no..I don't mean in the world. I mean, I went to bed thinking a new wave was about to start.

Less than 24 hrs later...everything going back to normal. Players back playing. Wnba going back. Even lil sis tennis star back. It was all lip service.

Dude said it was a waste of time. I agree. Nothing was accomplished. Literally nothing.

'It put the world on notice!!!'...? Bruh...globally, the world has been protesting for 4 months. Over 130 days. The world know's already.

NBA players really let the air out of the balloon.

First...they said they didn't want to go to the bubble because it would effect their platform and ability to contribute to the cause. They were told they could wear shirts and talk when they wanted. Cool.

Then....the same things kept happening on the outside and guys were mad and upset and crying and whatever. Said this was all bs and fake and nobody actually cares and they shouldn't have gone to the bubble anyways. And all that talking and t-shirts mean nothing and the platform does nothing. They were told, 'well y'all vote and then we'll cross the bridge of what happens next after.' Cool.

But then....somehow...some way....after 24 hours...everything changed. The games starting a day later. Guys said they don't want to leave because the t-shirts and words on the floor and jerseys is working and the platform...ohhh the platform. They need it and want it. That same platform that was pointless 18 hrs ago, is goated now. The same change that wasn't happening before... Is happening this time. Even though the actions are the same..🤔

Somebody called and said they f'n up the money. That's all.

It's mind boggling.

You're at least 3 on 1 and can't subdue the guy without shooting him in the back while he's walking away.

We send troops over to war zones where they're basically face-to-face with people they know want to kill them and are holding/pointing guns in their direction with explicit orders to not be first to shoot, and they're more successful in carrying out those orders than our police officers are.

It's why I just can't put any stock in the "police are scared for their lives in unpredictable situations too" ... Too bad. That's what you signed up for. If you can't handle it, get off the street. If you're not trained on it, that's a bigger issue.
