Yea I don't know how much weight I'd put behind rumors that were coming out before dude actually even stepped foot in Toronto . He doesn't look like an unhappy guy being held against his will rn...

Really doubt that playing for the Clips would bring anywhere near the professional and competitive fulfillment an elite athlete like him desires. The Lakers is another story but can't ever seem him and Bron ever rocking together in the same squad

well if the rumors were true he damn well knew LeBron was going there while he still wanted to go to the Lakers. I think LeBron might have even already signed. I guess I don't know what he's actually thinking, but him actually wanting out of San Antonio ending up being true I dont doubt him wanting to go to LA was true as well. The fact that he actually demanded out of SA and got what he wanted makes me think he'll go ahead and walk away from Toronto.

I just think this narrative of him staying was predictable. No one was saying this when it happened. It was some comment about him hating cold weather and staying in a hotel and everyone saying hes definitely leaving. But a good start was all that was needed and that narrative is born. Being on a winning team alone is clearly not all that he wants considering he left SA of all places. He's gonna go do what he wanted from the beginning imo. Whatever that is, he'll have options. Would be quite the coincidence if Toronto was what he wanted all along.

I knew the Rockets window had closed but damn. Thought they would wait til the playoffs to collapse.

Last years was their championship. Seriously. Not even trying to be funny. They hit every reasonable milestone individually and collectively....and lost to a team in the REAL Finals they weren’t supposed to beat in 7 games.

That MVP ceremony for Harden looked like a championship for them .
