I’m not disagreeing with you. I was just giving a prospective of how MLB and other companies are handling these situations.

It's unfortunate, especially if he's innocent and it comes to light they are false accusations and this man loses half his season and then have to deal with the backlash (social media, road games). sucks for anyone in that situation whether that person is a dodger player or an opposing player.

I just want the truth to come out so we can move on and have it just be about baseball and defending our title

I don't understand that logic....

So it's ok to do kink stuff with a sex worker...

But not ok to do kink stuff with a regular person....even if she was with it?

Based on what his lawyer said, they did it the first time no problem. The second time is what is in question and like I said...there is her side and his....and somewhere in the middle is the truth.

With an escort you ask what you want from the start. Some of them even have a menu. Not that I'd know :nerd:

Nothing wrong if you, me or a regular Joe do that stuff with random girl on IG/Tinder. But a rich pro athlete is a target and should be extra careful with groupies.

This is of course assuming he's telling the truth. If not then he should rot in prison. :smh:

We just don't know who is really telling the truth. I understand the me too and believe women movement but I also understand there are still women who will use situations like this to make money through a settlement.

The average person that meets a woman on a dating site isn’t meeting up for a bdsm session. Totally different.Also it isn’t smart if you’re a superstar pitcher that just signed a 100 million dollar contract to be so wreck less. Like someone mentioned earlier, son should have hired an escort or joined one of those bdsm websites.

An escort could have claimed the same thing...

You guys don't seem to understand there is no way for us to truly know what happend and really the only way he could have protected himself would have been to abstain from any sexual activity from any woman.

At anytime a woman can claim sexual assault.

It is what it is until we know the facts.

Bauer seems like a socially awkward dude. And the character issues have been there. I remember him harassing the hell out of some lady on Twitter and having his followers go in on her because she said he wasn’t her favorite player or something silly like that. The whole blowup with Terry Francona and tantrum throwing the ball into the stands in Cleveland before he left was pretty bad too. But people will overlook stuff if a player is worth the potential issues.

As for his situation with this girl. Two consenting adults being into some wild freaky kinky **** is totally fine.

But if the stuff from that athletic article is true and he did stuff beyond what she consented to, punching her in the face multiple times, sodomizing her when she was unconscious etc. Then **** him and he deserves whatever comes his way.
