04 had Meyer, Mullen, Alex Smith, Eric Weddle, and Sione Pouha, and that Bama team in 08 was only Saban's second year there. 04 had more star power and a better coaching staff.

Who was the best team that 04 team beat? At least in 08 they played a handful of ranked teams. And again, they beat Saban... May have been year 2 but still. That Bama team was stacked and went into the SECCG undefeated. Come on son.

Could have an effect on guys who get booted from P5 programs. Instead of going the FCS or G5, a lot guys might opt to go this route and get payed while also playing against better comp most likely.

Nick stopped after he got burned on Jonathan Taylor, and Dabo doesn't take in any transfers.
The two leagues I'm pretty sure are going to have the 3 year out of HS restriction as well, so this will just be an option for guy who either don't make NFL squads, or get booted from their college squads, and decide to do their rehab stints there instead of at a G5 or FCS.
Papa John’s links to his beloved Louisville are not completely severed, not yet. The football stadium is still named Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, and through what ESPN calls a “complicated” arrangement, the naming-rights deal is with Papa himself and not his company. And according to the contract, if Papa John leaves Papa John’s, he can rename the building.
