Kirby got coaches shook bout coming to the East :smokin

3rd and Grantham in Gainesville :pimp:

The thing that is going unmentioned is how much UGA is out-recruiting the rest of the SEC East. We're had a top 3 class last season, we're headed toward another top 3 recruiting class this year and our 2019 class has a good chance at being #1 overall. Tennessee and Florida are already 2-3 years behind the curve talent wise.

Finalists for the 2017 Joe Moore Award best offensive line unit in college football:
1. Bama - 53rd in sacks allowed - 22 given up
2. Auburn - 83rd in sacks allowed - 27 given up
3. Notre Dame - 80th in sacks allowed - 26 given up

These are who they identified as the best???

UF is lacking like crazy on the defensive side of the ball. Not looking great for this year either. Didn't Butch recruit pretty well at UTk? Thought that was the main reason that they kept him around.

Aguayo, Izzo not charged with killing of fraternity's turtle

Florida State University kicker Ricky Aguayo and tight end Ryan Izzo were suspects in a burglary at a College Avenue fraternity house where they were accused of smashing a coffee table and ripping a pet turtle in half.

The February incident occurred at the house next door to where police reports say Aguayo was punched in the face two months earlier by Pi Kappa Phi fraternity members. That fraternity was closed down earlier this month in the wake of the death of a 20-year-old pledge at an off-campus party.

Pi Kappa Phi fraternity shut down at Florida State University

Police reports say at about 2 a.m. Feb. 18, Aguayo, Izzo and another man known only as “Shane” were found on the first floor of the neighboring Phi Sigma Kappa house, which had been ransacked.

Fraternity member Daniel Furmanski, who was awoken by loud "celebratory chants coming from the living room," spotted one of the football players holding the house pet turtle, named "Turntle."

Its shell was ripped from its body, according to the police report, and it appeared dead.

The fraternity brother told police it was unclear who killed the turtle. He never confronted the football players nor asked them to leave. Fraternity members told police they did not know Aguayo or Izzo personally and had no issues with the football players.

Police said it appeared the trio entered the home through the unlocked front door. Fraternity members said it was not uncommon for people to stumble into the house from the nearby college bars.

The owner of the turtle, Tyler Carbonelli, Furmanski and the chapter's president Austin Burge, did not want to press charges. On Feb. 23, State Attorney Doug Hall, who oversees the misdemeanor division, declined to pursue the case because no one saw who killed the turtle.

Florida State University officials have not yet responded to a request for comment.

Turn on the Miami and Georgia games before you tell me Notre Dame belongs on that list.

Also, those raw sack numbers don't really account for sacks per pass attempt or the eye test. I wouldn't consider Army to have the best offensive line in the country just because they rush for the most yards and have only given up one sack all season.

Stunning developments in Tennessee. Bizarre. Didn't even seem like Penn State had this much trouble finding someone to take their job and they were a mess.

Gotta think coaches don't feel like there's much talent there, regardless of what some say.
LOL.
If you haven’t notice by the recent events the problem is the Haslams,AD, BOT & Administration.
No one would leave a good job to deal with that non sense.
Until the rest of the Boosters get control and stop letting one man influence football then the non sense will not stop.

He was a very good recruiter, just an awful talent manager and an even worse coach. This 4-8 Tennessee team mainly consists of players from top 5 recruiting classes. He can get the talent on campus but can't develop that talent or put them in a position to win.

UF is screwed and McElwain really put them in a bad spot. The job of being the HC at a school like UF was too big for Muschamp at the time, but he was a heck of a recruiter. He was pulling in top 10 classes consistently. Once Muschamp's players cycled through, McElwain's recruiting failures really showed.

Kirby Smart and his staff are on another level though. He took some of Saban's best recruiters with him when he came to Georgia and it shows. We've been consistently winning recruiting battles against Bama this recruiting class. By the 2019 season, UGA be able to stand toe-to-toe with Bama talent wise.

How long until they win the superbowl?

While you're joking, I think we'll be a legit championship caliber team by 2019. Fields, Zamir White in the backfield, top flight WRs and an offensive line full of 4 and 5 star players. :smokin:smokin:smokin

The Fields/Fromm battle is going to be legit, though he's sorta putting himself behind the 8ball some by not EE'ing

Yall spent years slick dissin the Dawgs, now we're in championship contention (and will be for the foreseeable future) while all of you trolls teams are in shambles. What a time

Boy you of all people know that slick dissing and trolling continues regardless of the achievements

The game is the game.

Mans making it seem like he overcame a life changing plight
