Official 2017-2018 Knicks season thread

Knicks have desperately needed to rebuild since forever, so I'm with it.

The problem is, we've gone through so many different "rebuild" regimes, that it's like we're spinning on a hamster wheel.

For instance, our most prized young piece, Frank...is a part of Phil's rebuild vision. Now theres a new rebuild team in town and they seem to be going in another direction. Picking up another young (raw)PG, who will compete with Frank for minutes at the 1. The Mudiay trade was good and it may help Frank become more of an off-ball guard but there's no way not to see this as a tweak in the plan.

We're still 2 seasons away, and a top draft pick this summer from really seeing what we have and then STARTING a real rebuild.

Is Hornacek our coach of the future? If not what's gonna happen when he's fired and a new coach comes in with a different ideology? Case the 4 PG shuffle thing is def a Hornacek hallmark.

I'm down for the rebuild but I've seen enough of this team to know that this may just be another false start, giving y'all false hope and constantly looking towards next season.

Problem is at this point of a rebuild it’s impossible to know if it’s going good or badly. Just like with Frank. He could suck or be good but as a 19 year old project he would look the same way this year either way. So why freak out? Trust the process.

Only thing that would freak me out is giving up on the rebuild now to bring in vets.

Don't know if you guys remember but last year around this time my apartment was severely damaged because of a fire in a empty apartment above us which basically was the beginning of the worst year of my life. Now I can happily say it's completely renovated and my daughter and her mother are moved back in. Going through that experience taught me a lot about paperwork and making sure everything you do you keep proof to cover your own self so no one can front on you and tell your otherwise. I'm just so happy my daughter has her own space again and will get back into a consistent routine living wise even if me and her mother aren't living together. The spot is BEAUTIFUL in person and what's makes it even better is the maintenance fee is a drop in a bucket considering the place is owned. Just want to personally thank you guys who helped me out last year through and helped me out as well with my situation a couple weeks ago. Y'all don't know much if means to me

Don’t mistake some guys not being high on Little Bill as not wanting to rebuild. Everyone isn’t going to think alike. It’s a great part of this thread.

who the hell said they don't want a rebuild? we just dont want to rebuild around Frank. dude hasnt even shown a spark of being a legit player. youre just far too obsessed with this 19 year old and you constantly try to back him up, since you blew money on an authentic. FOH b bringing those stupid comparisons about 3 point percentage. #11 is averaging 5 points per game, and is scared to shoot. that comparison is grossly irrelevant.
