On Coach Spo/ scheme

On Dragic
Riley says Heat will send staff to Europe to work with Goran Dragic this summer.
— Tim Reynolds (@ByTimReynolds) May 18, 2016
Riley said Dragic has room to improve. "He has to be able to create and score when there's no space."
— Manny Navarro (@Manny_Navarro) May 18, 2016
I also want to note that Riley felt Spo did a good job utilizing personnel this season and said Spo is going to have more say about personnel moving forward. He also doesn't buy into the small ball and when asked about getting more 3 point shooters, he pushed it off and mentioned how he wants more guys who can take a charge.
For guys like McRoberts who he praised, he basically is building up their trade value. He's not going to throw guys under the bus when he can still get something of value for them. Also there was not mention of Joe Johnson at all. So he's probably not in the plans moving forward.
