TBH. Mullen should've taken the Florida job last year when Miss State where on a roll and his stock was high. This year that did good, but they lost every big game (LSU, Texas A&M, Alabama, Ole Miss). Also connections with the program, the Meyer connection, and him being an offensive minded coach would have guaranteed him the HC job.

Harbaugh promoted Partridge to LBers coach for the bowl game so he can be out on the road recruiting. Harbaugh seems quirky but he's very much in control.
