Floyd was injured, didn't take a *** whopping, and got the W on his record (no mater if it was the wrong decision, Floyd probably viewed himself as the winner of the fight)

Broners just not that good.

Been saying it forever.

He's flashy, fast and can be extremely accurate when he gets an opponents timing down but he has some major flaws as well.

He face is a magnet for jabs and straight shots, his power is overrated, his body is soft, he gets moved around the ring as much as he does the moving....any skilled boxer with a good jab and decent power can impose their will on him.

Been watching him try to bully sparring partners for months but under all the noise and taunting, I saw them eating his shots and giving him back some good work.

He has talent and a decent offensive repertoire but he's gonna be overpowered and outmaneuvered by a lot of top level fighters. Especially @ 147.

Quite the contrary. I relish dissenting opinions, it's satisfying proving others wrong. Serious, friendly suggestion: Brush up on your NT history. My reputation speaks for itself. I've argued and discussed sports with sensible NT'ers since 2004. JLC/PBF 1, Polamalu vs. Dawkins, OK State with Statis, Josh Pastner with ComeUp.

I sincerely don't believe you ever even watched the first PBF/JLC fight. My hunch is you were too young based on your posts and stories.

We agree to disagree on Broner rebounding like PBF after JLC 1. Same with Shogun finishing Davis with one punch.

He has talent. He's just not a really good boxer. His guard is ridiculously easy to get through.... I said from the beginning he was going to keep getting his with left hooks. If he fought an elite fighter with speed, he would get picked apart even worse.

Response has nothing to do with the similarity of the loss. Even though PBF technically doesn't have that L on his résumé.

Nobody is saying Maidana and JLC are the same fighters. Nobody is saying PBF and AB are the same fighters.

I'm saying Broner can rally from his first loss like PBF did after the public felt he lost to JLC.

I'm 27 brah, the other dude is like 16. I been lurking since literally 2-3 weeks after the site went up, posting since 2002, an active member since 2008. This is my 5th SN

-The JLC fight happen when I was like 15, 16. I saw the fight, and I'm agreeing with you on the result, I dunno why you keep bringing it up.

-And I never said Shogun would beat Davis. I said there is a risk of him catching him with a shot that will put him to sleep.

I really don't see it. Gus and Shad couldn't hurt Davis with their standup. And that area has only improved for Phil while Shogun ages and fades.

No hard feelings. I'm more defensive of fair weather sports fans. A lot of people were riding for AB when he's winning. Now he drops one to a legitimate fighter with serious power, and he's a fraud? People wanna troll and clown. He's not Berto, IMO.

Hate him for dirty tactics? Feel free. People like Pro have every right. The ref was way too lenient tonight.

AB's defense, footwork, hand speed were never on PBF's level. Broner wants to be Floyd so bad. But he's not taking his weight, body, training camps, work ethic serious enough. This is a wake up call. You won't get another chance if you lose your next fight to serious competition. Quit making graphic videos, running your mouth in excess, etc.
