Chandler for fernandez is a good deal for us. We already have gallo to play the 3 and walker off the bench. Fernandez is perfect for us cuz dudes pretty athletic and is a good shooter and can actually be a starter for us. Wilsons a decent player, but not for mike d'antoni. plus if melo came as an fa next year we'd have 4 small forwards. to me, Wilson is expendable at this point.

Chandler is expendable IF we get Carmelo Anthony. As of right now, we're going into the season without him.

Would Rudy Fernandez start over Raymond Felton? I'm not sure. Fernandez isn't that great a player to me. I don't get the hype around him. Maybe I need to see him play more.

Chandler for Rudy. Hell yes. I can't understand why anyone would be against it. He totally has the talent to be a starter and has shown a lot more than Chandler has.

i much rather include chandler in a deal for melo than straight up for rudy. i wouldnt mind for this trade to go through though, rudy makes a guaranteed playoff team imo

^ well rudy is a 2 so no he wouldn't start over felton but instead play the 2...and ya rudy is good and i think hes better than will... will is just athletic if you think about it... one thing i do like about will is that he can rebound and defend (block shots).... but rudy is a better all around offensive player... he can shoot drive to the basket and is good at free throws... hes pretty versatile on offense... i would say hes a poor mans hedo turkoglu with more hops...out of anyone on the knicks roster id trade will first before gallo or AR

We don't have a 2 guard other then Buike and it's not 100% sure how well Buike will come off surgery. We have a log jam at the 3 and Chandler is the easiest to let go.

what does rudy contract look like? because wilson is expiring and i doubt we wouldn't have the money to resign him if we are going for a grand plan of melo and parker or another star player
